Teambuilding B2B
Are you looking for something unique? Something your team members have probably never done before? Something accessible yet surprising and educational? Then a kintsugi teambuilding workshop is just the thing for your company.
Kintsugi is fun and relaxing, yet it also allows you to view yourself, your colleagues, your team, or your company in a unique way and from a different perspective. This sometimes leads to surprising discoveries, but above all, it fosters a deeper connection with one another.
Strong connections within a team can create an environment where people feel comfortable being themselves, sharing their ideas, and working together toward common goals. Unique individuals who complement and strengthen one another create a team that is more resilient and successful.
What can a Kintsugi teambuilding activity achieve?
Kintsugi fosters connection and collaboration within a team, helping team members support one another and learn to recognize and leverage each other’s strengths. Even outside of a team context, Kintsugi can foster greater connection, for example, different departments within your company can use the workshop to get to know one another and, as a result, identify key priorities.

Inspiration, Creativity & Innovation
Kintsugi can also be a source of inspiration and innovation. Companies can learn to embrace the Kintsugi mindset and focus on unique qualities that add value to their products and services.
Kintsugi requires creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, and teaches valuable lessons about resilience and perseverance. A Kintsugi workshop can be a valuable experience for a team, strengthening not only the team itself but also its mindset and skills.
If your company is striving for greater sustainability, team building can help with that, too. Kinstugi promotes the idea of repairing and reusing broken items instead of throwing them away.
This can apply literally, but also in a broader sense: Companies can repair broken relationships and make them stronger through excellent customer service, conflict management, empathy, and building trust.

Between home and office lies the gold
An original, fun, and creative team-building experience centered on hybrid work, connection, and workplace well-being.
The return to the office presents new challenges for many organizations. Employees value flexibility and autonomy, while employers are once again seeking to foster greater connection, collaboration, and presence.
In “The Gold Lies Between Home and the Office,” Julie Wren of Olea and I combine our expertise. During the workshop, we’ll explore together what’s on the team’s mind. Where are the tensions? What do people need? And what makes collaboration and meeting in person valuable again?
By engaging in a creative dialogue about these topics, we create space for new insights, understanding, and connection.
Getting creative
The workshop can be structured in various ways. Participants can work with a personal object using the Kintsugi method, or the team can collaborate on canvases together.
This creates a creative and personal way to bring team dynamics, challenges, and ambitions to light.
The result?
A fun and unifying team experience, combined with new insights into what’s going on within the team. The workshop provides space for conversation, creativity, and concrete insights that your team can use to move forward.

– The workshop will take place at a location of your choice. This could be at your company, the venue for your team-building day, or a location we agree on together.
– You have complete flexibility in determining the duration: 2 hours, 4 hours, a morning, a full day, or even multiple days. A standard kintsugi team-building workshop lasts 2.5 hours.
– The number of participants can range from 1 to 50.
You choose a theme, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What does a workshop like this look like?
The workshop consists of a theoretical and a practical component.
The theoretical component consists of an introduction to Kintsugi and the chosen theme.
This is followed by the practical component.
Participants will use the Kintsugi technique to assemble one or more objects and reflect on the theme (if one has been specifically chosen). As a rule, we focus on fostering connection and relaxation..
Would you like a longer or more varied teambuilding activity?
No problem, everything can be tailored entirely to your preferences.
Together with Julie from Olea, we can create a team-building event, as long or as varied as you’d like, fully customized for your company.
