Kintsugi
Kintsugi, a Japanese art form, is much more than just repairing broken ceramics with gold glue. It tells a story of resilience, growth, and beauty in imperfection.
With kintsugi, you engage in a creative process with yourself, your coworkers, friends, or family members.
Teambuildings
Are you looking for something original? Something your team members have probably never done before? Something accessible yet surprising and educational? Then our kintsugi team-building activities are perfect for your company.
We offer original kintsugi team-building workshops that are accessible to everyone at a location of your choice.
This could be at your company, the venue for your team-building day, or a location we decide on together. Anything is possible.
Purely relaxing or Theme-Based
Kintsugi is enjoyable and relaxing, but at the same time it allows you to view yourself, your colleagues, your team, or your company in a unique way and from a different perspective. This sometimes leads to surprising discoveries, but above all, it fosters a deeper connection with one another.
A Kintsugi team-building workshop can be purely relaxing, focusing on personal insight and explaining the general principles of Kintsugi, or we can focus on a specific theme of your choice..
Build connections, give your team a valuable experience
A Kintsugi workshop fosters connection and collaboration. It teaches team members how to support one another and helps them recognize and leverage each other’s strengths.
A valuable experience for a team.
Strong connections within a team create an environment where people feel comfortable being themselves, dare to share their ideas, and work together toward common goals. Unique individuals who complement and reinforce one another create a team that is more resilient and successful.
